After a new strain of leprosy emerged in Japan, mutating from the leftover radiation of the Hiroshima bomb, the world basically went to hell. All those infected began to lose brain function and reason, instead gaining cravings for flesh. Once bitten by an infected you too join their horde of un-dead. Now only a few survivors remain, staying on the move to avoid getting pinned down. Life?s tough, but it?s better than becoming an infected. Welcome to the Abyss of the Dead.
OUR CURSED WORLD
For anyone who can hear me,
We've been on the run from the hordes for about 2 years now, which puts us somewhere close to November 2012. If the cooler weather didn't give it away, we're in the middle of Fall. Currently there are 4 major convoys, one for the north, south, west, and eastern States of America. We have reports of looters in Alabama who use a child over the radio to lure you in. As always, keep a strong watch and your gun handy. If you are alone, we can offer you shelter, food, and safety in our fleets. But if you cannot find us, take this advice until we reach you. Shoot them in the head.
